Module Syllabus Overview
This module covers all the details around administrative law, including how the right to administrative justice is enshrined in the Constitution. You will learn about the various different remedies to enforce administrative action, how to challenge it, as well as the processes and procedures involved in administrative law.
This module is at the NQF 6 level and is worth 12 credits.
At the end of this module you will understand the basics of:

- Administrative law procedures
- Constitution & administrative law
- The importance of the PAJA Act
- Sources of administrative law
- Fair administrative action
- Remedies
Exam Information
This module usually has an exam that is:
- Written
- Closed book
- Uses the Invigilator App
- Covers all the study material
- Must know PAJA
- Must know section 33 of the Constitution
- Must be able to define administrative action
- Must be able to identify administrative action
