Module Syllabus Overview

This module looks into the law regarding businesses. You will learn about how companies and close corporations are established, the law regarding the governance of companies and close corporations, how partnerships are fromed, how sole proprietors operate and more.

This module has a written exam as well as two assessments. The two assessments combined have a marking weight of 20% and the exam carries 80% of the marks.

This module is at the NQF 6 level and is worth 12 credits.
