Module Syllabus Overview
In this module you will learn about different studying and learning methods, how to read legal texts, learn some latin terms and even how to apportion damages.
This module has a multiple choice (MCQ) exam as well as two assessments. The two assessments combined have a marking weight of 20% and the exam carries 80% of the marks.
This module is at the NQF 5 level and is worth 12 credits.
At the end of this module you will understand the basics of:
- Studying methods
- Reading legal texts
- Latin terms
- Communication skills
- Apportionment of damages
- Basic arithmetic
