Module Syllabus Overview

This module looks at how justice is perceived by the average person, what is considered right, how do you see the law, and what your thoughts are on justice.

This module has a portfolio exam as well as multiple assignments. There are generally seven assignments, with the seventh one being the portfolio.

This module is at the NQF 5 level and is worth 12 credits.


At the end of this module you will understand the basics of:

  • What is justice
  • What is law
  • What does justice look like
