This platform provides independent educational support materials, community platforms, structured summary guides, and interactive peer-led tutoring sessions. By purchasing access to resources, subscribing to modules, or making a booking, you enter into a binding agreement governed by these terms.

By accessing or using this website, you also agree to these terms and conditions of use, the privacy policy, and any additional terms posted on specific pages of the website. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

2. Pricing Structure & Payments

All pricing parameters for group classes, tutor sessions, live online sessions, mock exam features, guide distribution packages and so on are displayed clearly at the point of sale. Payments are executed securely via standard processing integrations. Access/attendance privileges are issued strictly once a transaction successfully passes verification steps.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refunds depend on the specific format of the chosen service/solution:

• Group Class Bookings: Classes are billed per month, and will be pro-rated if a booking is done during the course of a current class month. The exact number of classes in a month varies based on the number of weeks in a month. Weekly classes are held once a week, and the exact number of classes for a full month that are applicable for the month will be displayed when booking for that month. You can cancel your monthly class booking at anytime, and you will be refunded for the balance of the classes due for that month, subject to the condition that any cancellation within 24 hours of a class will not be eligible for a refund.
• Tutor Bookings: Bookings for tutoring or private sessions can be canceled at anytime, subject to the refund/credit amount as stipulated below. You may also request an adjustment to the date of your session, provided this is requested at least 48 hours before the booked session time, and we have a suitable alternative date. Should a suitable alternative date not be available, you will need to cancel your booking and then visit the bookings page to choose a new date of your choice from the available options.

  Refund/credit amount is based on how much notice you give for the cancellation:

  • 100% refund/credit if cancelled more than 48 hours ahead of the booked session
  • 75% refund/credit if cancelled 24 to 48 hours ahead of the booked session
  • 50% refund if cancelled within 12 - 24 hours of the booked sesion
  • No refund/credit if cancelled less than 12 hours before the session
• Digital Items & Media Content: Due to immediate download execution pathways and the structural nature of electronic data delivery, all digital sales (such as study materials, notes, summaries, and exam sheets) are strictly final and non-refundable once content files have been made accessible or download actions initiate.

4. Dispute Handling & Resolutions

Should you run into any issues or feel unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact support via the contact methods on our platform within 7 days of the incident. We pledge to review all issues or concerns raised, and to take appropriate action where necessary. 5. Support Page

If you find my work useful, you are welcome to support it by making a voluntary contribution. Support payments are entirely optional. You are under no obligation to contribute, and contributions do not create any entitlement to ownership, control, or special treatment unless I expressly state otherwise. Support payments are voluntary contributions made to support my independent work, website costs, creative time, or related expenses. They are not payments for a specific product or service unless I clearly and expressly say so on the relevant page. They are also not charitable donations. Support payments can be made via the Support Page.

I may use support payments at my discretion for one or more of the following purposes (amongst others):

• website hosting and maintenance
• equipment, software, and tools
• research, production, and content creation
• administrative costs
• personal and business expenses associated with continuing my work

7. Shipping and Delivery

This website is primarily a content website. Unless expressly stated otherwise, there are no physical goods to ship.

• Physical items, if offered: If I offer any physical products, separate shipping terms will apply and will be displayed before purchase. Unless otherwise stated at the point of sale:
  • physical items will be shipped to the address you provide
  • delivery times are estimates only
  • delays may occur due to courier issues, stock availability, or circumstances beyond my control
  • you are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
  • additional charges may apply if a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect
• Risk and ownership: Where physical goods are offered, risk in the goods passes on delivery to the courier or as otherwise required by law. Ownership passes only once full payment has been received.
